If there’s one thing I love to bake for my family, it’s cookies.  But working full-time outside the house doesn’t afford me much time to indulge in making homemade cookies.  Store bought cookie dough is usually full of trans fats, artificial ingredients and preservatives.  Fortunately, Jen of Ice Box Bakery has an answer to this problem.
